I almost wish I had read it in high school. It certainly was better than the stuff I remember reading. Not exactly uplifting, though.

I had read Bridge to Terabithia as a kid, but I'd forgotten the Very Sad Thing. So I was left in tears while listening to it in the car too. Such a lovely book. It makes me NOT want to see the movie.
1984 was one of my favourites that I read in High School. I'd like to read it again though, as I forget a lot.
See why I am slightly worried about the movie??
